PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling board cutting machine which is lightweight, has a small worker's burden and has little noise.SOLUTION: The ceiling board cutting machine comprises: a gripping unit 2 having a main body 21 having a handle 211, a base 22 fixed to the upper portion of the main body 21 and abutting against the lower surface of the ceiling board, a cutting blade 23 projecting from the main body 21 through a blade hole 221 formed in the base 22; a driving unit 3 having a motor for driving the cutting blade 23; and a flexible shaft 4 that connects the cutting blade 23 of the gripping unit 2 and the driving unit 3 and transmits the rotational force of the motor to the cutting blade 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
