PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer capable of being easily attached in correspondence with an interval between a fitting frame and a building skeleton, and a framing member with the spacer.SOLUTION: A spacer 10 comprises: a base member 20 having a female screw hole 23 formed therein; and a shaft member 30 having a male screw 311, which is screwed to the female screw hole 23, formed on an outer peripheral surface. An insertion hole 33 being coaxial with the female screw hole 23 and through which a fitting screw can be inserted is formed in the shaft member 30, and the insertion hole 33 includes a contact hole 332 for corotation which is linked with a screwing of the fitting screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
