PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof woody composite material that is superior in fireproof ability and designability, and that can be produced with low costs.SOLUTION: In the fireproof woody composite material of this invention, a surface of a woody base material 2 is provided with a fireproof layer 3 comprising a first metal foil 31, and a second metal foil 32 that is disposed on the surface side of the first metal foil 31. A surface of the fireproof layer 3 is provided with a flammable surface sheet 4, and the thickness of the first metal foil 31 is thicker than that of the second metal foil 32. Preferably, holes are formed in the second metal foil while holes are not formed in the first metal foil, when heated from a surface on the flammable surface sheet 4 side with radiation intensity of 50 kW/mfor 10 or 20 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防火性及び意匠性に優れ、安価に製造可能な防火性木質複合材を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の防火性木質複合材は、木質基材2の表面に、第1金属箔31及び第1金属箔31の表面側に配された第2金属箔32を備えた防火層3が設けられ、該防火層3の表面に、可燃性表面シート4が設けられており、第1金属箔31の厚みが第2金属箔32の厚みよりも厚い。好ましくは、前記可燃性表面シート4側の面から輻射強度50kW/m2で10分間又は20分間加熱したときに、前記第2金属箔には穴が開き、前記第1金属箔には穴が開かない。【選択図】図1
