PRECAST REINFORCED CONCRETE PRESSURE PLATE FOR GROUND ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure plate capable of dealing with an inclination angle of an anchor, and capable of shortening the construction period.SOLUTION: A pressure plate is composed of an upper member 2, a lower member 3 made of precast reinforced concrete and a metal fitting member 4. The upper member 2 has a fixing portion 5 formed with an upper through hole 10 at the center, the upper through hole being of a substantially truncated cone shape through which an anchor is inserted, and an arm portion 6 protruding in four directions from the fixing portion 5. The lower member 3 is a substantially square plate-like body, in which a lower through hole 20 having a substantially truncated cone shape for inserting an anchor through the center thereof is formed. The lower member can be integrated with the upper member 2 by being combined under the upper member 2 by bolts. The fitting member 4 includes a substantially cylindrical body portion 26 having an opening portion 26a and a substantially circular top plate portion 28 having a notch portion 28a communicating with the opening portion 26a at the upper end of the body portion 26. The body portion 26 of the fitting member 4 can be inserted into the lower through hole 20 of the lower member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカーの傾斜角度に対応可能であるとともに工期短縮が可能な受圧板を提供する。【解決手段】受圧板はプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製の上部部材2、下部部材3と金属製の嵌め合わせ部材4からなる。上部部材2は、アンカーを挿通させる略円錐台形状の上部貫通孔10が中心に形成された定着部5と、その定着部5から四方へ向けて突出するアーム部6を有する。下部部材3は、略正方形状の板状体であり、その中心にアンカーを挿通させる略円錐台形状の下部貫通孔20が形成され、上部部材2の下方に組み合わせてボルトで固定することで一体化できる。嵌め合わせ部材4は、開口部26aを備えた略円筒状の胴体部26と、その胴体部26の上端に開口部26aと通じた切欠き部28aが形成された略円形状の天板部28を有し、嵌め合わせ部材4の胴体部26を下部部材3の下部貫通孔20に挿入することができる。【選択図】図1
