HOT AND COLD WATER MIXING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixing device that can be adjusted with small operational force.SOLUTION: A hot and cold water mixing device 1 is capable of adjusting a temperature and a flow rate of mixed water. The hot and cold water mixing device comprises: a hot-water-side flow-in port 11 through which hot water flows in by separating a hot-water-side valve element 33 that is operable from the outside from a hot-water-side valve seat part 42; a cold-water-side flow-in port 16 through which cold water flows in by separating a cold-water-side valve element 38 that is operable from the outside from a cold-water-side valve seat part 47; a mixing chamber 18 in which mixed water is generated from the hot water flowing in from the hot-water-side flow-in port 11 and the cold water flowing in from the cold-water-side flow-in port 16; a flow-out port 19 through which the mixed water flows out; and a temperature sensitive body 51 which is provided in the mixing chamber 18, deformed by a temperature of the mixed water and causes force of deformation to act on the hot-water-side valve seat part 42 and the cold-water-side valve seat part 47. The hot-water-side valve seat part 42 and the cold-water-side valve seat part 47 are integrally movable only by causing the force of deformation of the temperature sensitive body 51 to act thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小さな操作力で調整可能な湯水混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】湯水混合装置１は、混合水の温度及び流量が調整可能な湯水混合装置であって、外部から操作可能な湯側弁体３３が湯側弁座部４２から離間することで湯が流入する湯側流入口１１と、外部から操作可能な水側弁体３８が水側弁座部４７から離間することで水が流入する水側流入口１６と、湯側流入口１１から流入した湯と水側流入口１６から流入した水との混合水が生成される混合室１８と、混合水が流出する流出口１９と、混合室１８に設けられ、混合水の温度により変形し、その変形する力を湯側弁座部４２及び水側弁座部４７に作用させる感温体５１と、を備え、湯側弁座部４２及び水側弁座部４７は、感温体５１の変形する力が作用することによってのみ、一体となって移動可能に構成されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
