SLAG-REMOVAL EQUIPMENT
To provide a slag-removal equipment capable of properly preventing erosion of a raking plate by properly setting a refractory coverage range for the raking plate and of preventing a weight increase of the raking plate.SOLUTION: A slag-removal equipment 1 is attached at a tip of a raking arm 18 with a raking plate 30 that rakes out a slag S floating in a surface of a molten metal M within a molten-metal vessel 50, which the raking plate 30 is configured by a quadrangular plate extending in longitudinal and vertical directions. The raking plate 30 is provided with a refractory 34 covering a front face 30a and a rear face 30b, a left side face 30e and a right side face 30f, and a lower end surface 30d in a lower part of the raking plate 30. The coverage range R of the refractory 34 over the raking plate 30 is 30 mm or greater and 300 mm or smaller from a bottom edge of the raking plate 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐火物の掻き出し板に対する被覆範囲を適切に設定して掻き出し板の溶損を適切に防止できるとともに掻き出し板の高重量化を防止できる除滓装置を提供する。【解決手段】除滓装置1は、掻き出しアーム18の先端に溶融金属容器50内の溶融金属Mの表面に浮遊するスラグSを掻き出す掻き出し板30を取付け、掻き出し板30が左右方向及び上下方向に延びる四角形状の平板で構成される。掻き出し板30に、掻き出し板30の下部の前面30a及び後面30b、左側面30e及び右側面30f、及び下端面30dを被覆する耐火物34を設ける。耐火物34の掻き出し板30に対する被覆範囲Rは、掻き出し板30の下端から30mm以上300mm以下である。【選択図】図2
