The reinforcement holder includes: a lower side support part (42) having a first receiving part (51) and a second receiving part (52) for receiving an end part of a first reinforcement and an end part of a second reinforcement crossing with each other at the corner part; and an upper side support part (43) arranged being upwardly separated from the lower side support part (42), and having a third receiving part (53) and a fourth receiving part (54) for receiving an end part of a third reinforcement and an end part of a fourth reinforcement crossing with each other at the corner part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
