To provide a wall panel and a method for constructing a wall panel, capable of quickly and accurately performing the fixing of a substrate face material to a framework member and the coating of a moisture permeable waterproof sheet on the substrate face material, and having high waterproof property.SOLUTION: A wall panel 5 having a substrate face material 11 to be fixed to a building frame member and a moisture permeable waterproof sheet 12 to waterproof the substrate face material 11 is formed of a rectangular plate-like body of the substrate face material 11; the moisture permeable waterproof sheet 12 covers a front face F of the substrate face material 11 and a first side face S1 orthogonal to the front face F and a second side face S2 opposite to the first side surface S1; and there are provided a protruding portion 12a projecting from one end to the other end of the first side face S1 with a uniform width L3, and an extending portion 12b extending uniformly horizontally with a length L4 from the front face F in the direction of a third side face S3 orthogonal to the first side face S1 and the second side face S2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
