CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF WALL PANEL AND CONNECTION METHOD OF WALL PANEL
To provide a connection structure of a wall panel and a connection method of the wall panel, which have good workability and good appearance after construction.SOLUTION: A frames 13, 14 extending in the longitudinal direction are attached to the back faces of left and right wall panels 11, 12 and also connected to each other, and a gap M between the panels 11, 12 is closed by a joint sealer 16. The left side frame 13 protrudes more to the right than the left side wall panel 11 and the right side wall panel 12 protrudes to the left side than the right side frame 14 and cuts out a back side corner part of both panels 11 and 12 to form a concave groove 17,18. The joint sealer 16 includes: a mounting base part 16A which is attached to the left frame 13 and has an extension part 16C extending from a right side end of the left side frame 13 to the left side face side to reach a recessed groove 17; and a seal part 16B which is integrally formed on a face side of the extension part 16C, stored in the recessed groove 17, and closes the gap M between the two wall panels 11,12 from the back side of the wall panels 11,12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性がよく施工後の見栄えもよい壁パネルの結合構造及び壁パネルの結合方法を提供する。【解決手段】左右壁パネル11,12の裏面に縦方向に延びるフレーム13,14が取付けられフレーム13,14同士は連結され、両パネル11,12間の隙間Mを目地材16で塞ぐ構造で、左側壁パネル11よりも左側フレーム13の方が右側に突出し、右側フレーム14よりも右側壁パネル12の方が左側に突出し、両パネル11,12の裏面側角部を切り欠いて凹溝17,18を形成し、目地材16は、左側フレーム13に取付けられ、左側フレーム13の右側端部から表面側左側に延びて凹溝17にいたる延長部16Cを有する取付基部16Aと、延長部16Cの表面側に一体成形され凹溝17に収納され、両壁パネル11,12間の隙間Mを壁パネル11,12の裏面側から塞ぐシール部16Bを有する。【選択図】図1
