To provide a horizontal blind capable of suppressing light leakage when shielding light with slats.SOLUTION: The horizontal blind comprises: multiple steps of slats 14 which are supported by a headbox via a ladder cord; and a lifting cord 15 hanging from the headbox for lifting the slats 14 respectively. Each slat 14 has a concave 14a in the end portions of the slat 14 in the longitudinal direction respectively.
