To provide the washing toilet seat device for improving feeling of washing given to a user.SOLUTION: The washing toilet seat device comprises: a washing nozzle for simultaneously jetting high temperature water and low temperature water having different temperatures from each other from a high temperature water injection port and a low temperature water injection port as washing water to a user's localized area, and a pulse device for pulsing the low temperature water to be supplied to the washing nozzle. Therefore, the washing toilet seat device can cause a user to feel a temperature of the washing water higher than an actual temperature by the Thermal Referral and Thermal Grill illusion by pulsating the low temperature water by the pulse device, and can improve the feeling of the washing given to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
