To provide a door apparatus or an automatic door apparatus that simplify a preparatory work for an operation start, and that can perform the preparatory work for the operation start more surely and inexpensively by virtue of the simplified work.SOLUTION: A door apparatus, an automatic door apparatus or a window apparatus comprises a control unit, at least one sensor unit, and at least one door drivable by a drive unit. The at least one sensor unit and the control unit serve as components of a data transmission system, and are connected to each other via the data transmission system. The at least one sensor unit includes at least two connection places for connecting the sensor unit to the data transmission system, which are used for coding a different position of the sensor unit in a door panel or a window. The at least one sensor unit further comprises at least one third connection place for further connecting the data transmission system, and a connection part to the data transmission system for other components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
