SLAB TRACK CEMENT MORTAR
To provide slab track cement mortar that is excellent in frost damage resistance not depending on construction condition and has strength development supporting a track slab, as well as having moderate elasticity as a buffer layer and excellent in workability.SOLUTION: Slab track cement mortar contains cement of 100 parts mass, fine aggregates of 25 to 250 parts mass, an asphalt emulsion of 50 to 200 parts mass, and a rubber powder and water of 10 to 200 parts mass, where the rubber powder has a maximum particle diameter of 500 μm or less, an average particle diameter of 50 to 300 μm, and a content of 3 to 25 volume%/cement mortar. In addition, a Young's modulus of the material with material age of 28 days is preferably 1000 N/mm2 or less, and compressive strength of the material with the material age of 28 days is preferably 1 to 10 N/mm2 or less. The slab track cement mortar is also provided with its flow time being 35 seconds or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】施工条件に左右されず耐凍害性に優れ、軌道スラブを支持する強度発現性を有し、更には緩衝層としての適度な弾性を有し、施工性にも優れるスラブ軌道用モルタルの提供。【解決手段】セメント１００質量部、細骨材２５〜２５０質量部、アスファルト乳剤５０〜２００質量部、ゴム粉及び水１０〜２００質量部を含有し、ゴム粉が、最大粒子径５００μｍ以下、平均粒子径５０〜３００μｍ、含有量３〜２５体積％/モルタル。さらに、材齢２８日のヤング率が、１０００Ｎ／ｍｍ２以下であることが望ましく、その上、材齢２８日の圧縮強度が１〜１０Ｎ／ｍｍ２以下であることが望ましいスラブ軌道用モルタル。更にフロータイムが、３５秒以下であるスラム軌道用モルタル。【選択図】なし
