SACRIFICIAL ANODE FOR ELECTRIC ANTICORROSION
To provide a structure in which a replacement work of a sacrificial anode for electric anticorrosion in water can be easily performed in a state in which a magnet is attached to a sheet pile.SOLUTION: A structure comprises: an anode body; a core grid 2 penetrating the anode body and both ends thereof protrude to outside of the anode body; a base member 3 including a high holding force magnet; a core grid fixing tool 4 comprising a shaft part 4a penetrating the core grid of the base member side and a head 4b holding the core grid, and capable of being tightened to the base member; and an engagement groove 5 formed of an opened hole for opening an insertion hole 5b into which the shaft part of the core grid fixing tool and having a vertical engagement part 5a which engages to the shaft part of the core grid fixing tool in both of a gravity action direction and a direction orthogonal to the gravity action direction. The core grid fixing tool is inserted from the insertion hole of the engagement groove by parallel moving the core grid to the base member, and when the core grid fixing tool reaches the vertical engagement part, the anode body is dropped and vertically moved to an innermost part of the vertical engagement part, then the core grid fixing tool is tightened at the innermost part of the vertical engagement part of the engagement groove, for fixing the core grid to the base member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼矢板にマグネットを取り付けた状態のまま、水中での電気防食用流電陽極の交換作業を簡易に行える構造の提供。【解決手段】陽極本体と、陽極本体を貫通し両端が陽極本体の外に突出する芯金2と、高保持力マグネットを含むベース部材3と、ベース部材側の芯金を貫通する軸部4aと芯金を挟持する頭部4bとを有し、ベース部材に対し締め付け可能とする芯金固定具4と、芯金固定具の軸部を導入可能な挿入口5bを開口すると共に芯金固定具と重力作用方向並びに重力作用方向と直交する方向の双方で芯金固定具の軸部と係合する鉛直係合部5aを有する開放された孔から成る係合溝5とを有し、芯金をベース部材に対して平行移動させて係合溝の挿入口から芯金固定具を挿入し、鉛直係合部に達したら陽極本体を降下させて鉛直係合部の最奥部まで鉛直移動させ、係合溝の鉛直係合部の最奥部で芯金固定具を締め付けることによって芯金をベース部材に固定する。【選択図】図3
