To provide a heating and heat insulating device that maintains an asphalt pavement solution hardening accelerator at a predetermined constant temperature using warm water.SOLUTION: There is provided a heating and heat insulating device of an asphalt pavement solution hardening accelerator, comprising a tank 1 that stores a predetermined volume of a hardening accelerator for hardening an asphalt pavement solution sprayed over the road, a thermal insulating plate 2 that comprises a thermal insulating member, the thermal insulating plate 2 being provided around the tank 1 and provided so as to have predetermined space with an outer wall of the tank 1, a heat insulating tub 3 that is a space part formed between the thermal insulating plate 2 and an outer peripheral surface of the aforementioned tank 1, into which warm water heated at a predetermined temperature is introduced, a heat exchange mechanism 5 that is installed so as to be bent in zigzag within the space formed in the tank 1 and the heat insulating tub 3, the heat exchange mechanism 5 comprising a hollow pipe and introducing the warm water inside, a feed path 7 that is formed to feed the warm water at the predetermined temperature to the heat exchange mechanism 5, and a heater unit 6 that generates the warm water being fed to the heat exchange mechanism 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アスファルト舗装溶液硬化促進剤を温水を用いて所定の一定温度に保持する。【解決手段】路面に散布されたアスファルト舗装溶液を硬化させるための硬化促進剤が所定容量収納されるタンク１と、タンク１の周りに設けられるものであってタンク１の外壁との間に所定の空間を有した状態で設けられる断熱性部材からなる断熱板２と、断熱板２と上記タンク１の外周面との間に形成される空間部であって所定温度に加温された温水の導入される保温槽３と、これらタンク１及び保温槽３にて形成される空間内につづら折り状に折れ曲がった状態で設置されるものであって、中空パイプからなるとともに、内部に温水の導入される熱交換機構５と、当該熱交換機構５へ所定温度の温水を供給するように形成された供給路７と、上記熱交換機構５へ供給するための温水を生成するヒータユニット６と、からなる。【選択図】図１
