To provide a manufacturing method of a filler and a filling method of a filler which can reduce bleeding.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a filler comprises: a step of mixing water and bentonite to produce a first mixture of the water and the bentonite; a step of mixing the first mixture and cement to produce a second mixture of the first mixture and the cement; and a step of mixing the second mixture and sodium carbonate. Based on weight of a filler A, 50 wt.% to 90 wt.% of the water, 1 wt.% to 10 wt.% of the bentonite, 10 wt.% to 40 wt.% of the cement, and 0.5 wt.% to 3 wt.% of the sodium carbonate are mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ブリージングを低減させることができる充填材の製造方法、充填材の充填方法を提供する。【解決手段】充填材の製造方法は、水と、ベントナイトとを混合し、前記水と前記ベントナイトとが混合した第１混合物を生成する工程と、前記第１混合物とセメントとを混合し、前記第１混合物と前記セメントとが混合した第２混合物を生成する工程と、前記第２混合物と炭酸ナトリウムとを混合する工程とを備える。充填材Ａの重量に対し、５０重量％以上９０重量％以下の水と、１重量％以上１０重量％以下のベントナイトと、１０重量％以上４０重量％以下のセメントと、０．５重量％以上３重量％以下の炭酸ナトリウムとが混合される。【選択図】図１
