To request convenience in initial installation, relocation, and restoration work on a parking block to be relocated as embankment and used as a sandbag to prevent flooding.SOLUTION: Using a space having a trapezoidal cross-section constituting a drainage groove of a parking block, an insertion metal fitting which also serves as a block positioning is previously mounted on the main body side corresponding to the upper base of the space, while a circular hole 22 for dropping the head part of the insertion metal fitting is opened in a plane, together with a base 21 machined along the leg of the trapezoidal cross-section, a bicycle block installation plate constituting of a flat surface 23 with an anchor bolt hole 26 fixed to the floor surface and a block side surface support guide 24 for preventing the falling of the block and a drainage groove upper-bottom support guide 25 is formed and fixed to the installation plate with an anchor bolt at an interval determining a tire groove, and a pair of parking blocks are dropped in the holes respectively. Thereby, the installation can be completed and the simplicity of easy relocation and restoration work can be realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】緊急時に移設をして浸水防止の土嚢として転用する駐輪ブロックには、初期設置、移設、及び復元作業における簡便さが要求される。【解決手段】駐輪ブロックの排水溝を構成する断面を台形とする空間を利用して、当該空間の上底にあたる本体側に、ブロックの位置決めにもなる挿入金具を予め装着し、一方、前記挿入金具の頭部を落とし込むための丸穴２２が平面に開孔され、前記断面の台形の脚に沿って加工した台座２１とともに、床面に固定するアンカーボルト穴２６を開孔した平面２３と、ブロックの転倒防止目的からブロック側面支持ガイド２４、及び排水溝内上底支持ガイド２５とから成る駐輪ブロック設置板を形成し、タイヤ溝を決する間隔で、前記設置板にアンカーボルトにて固定して、一対の駐輪ブロックをそれぞれに落し込むことで、設置を完了し、且つ、容易な移設や復元作業の簡便さも具現化できる。【選択図】図１
