STEEL BEAM WITH FLOOR SLAB AND DESIGN METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a steel beam with a floor slab which, even in the case where the floor slab is provided in only one direction of the beam material axis orthogonal direction, can prevent studs with heads from drawing out from the floor slab due to torsional deformation of the steel beam caused by lateral buckling and make the lateral buckling deformation restraining effect of the floor slab not dissipate, and provide a design method therefor.SOLUTION: In a steel beam 1 with a floor slab according to the present invention, its both ends are rigidly jointed to a column; a floor slab 11 is bonded to an upper flange 7 of the steel beam through studs 13 with heads as joint members; and the floor slab 11 forms a marginal part by continuing to one side of the beam material axis orthogonal direction and not continuing to other side thereof. A total sum ΣAof the effective projected area when drawing out the studs 13 with heads satisfies the following formula (1): ΣA≥1.2×N×A, whereArepresents an effective projected area, andN represents the number of studs with heads, the studs 13 with heads disposed within the range of at least twenty percent of the beam length from the beam end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
