To provide an infrared reflection film having high barrier property against permeation of ions, since permeation of ions such as chloride ions into an infrared reflection film might induce degradation of the infrared reflection film.SOLUTION: The infrared reflection film has a substrate and an infrared reflection part, in this order, wherein the infrared reflection part has a metal part and a metal oxide part, and the metal oxide part has, successively from the substrate side, a first metal oxide layer and a second metal oxide layer containing the same metal element as in the first metal oxide layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
