To provide a curved pipe added with a reinforcing function to make it easier to bend with a notch.SOLUTION: An outer pipe 3 and a core pipe 27 are made of stainless steel, and a plurality of notches 5 and 29 extending in a circumferential direction are formed. In addition, an intermediate pipe 19 is made of a polyvinyl chloride resin which is normally rigid but soft when heated. After the core pipe 27 is externally fitted to the intermediate pipe 19, heat is applied to soften the intermediate pipe 19, and the outer pipe 3 is externally fitted. Then, when bent, the core pipe 27 does not collapse and can be bent while maintaining a clean triple tube structure. After that, if it is rapidly cooled, the intermediate pipe 19 returns to the rigidity, so that a spring back of the outer pipe 3 and the core pipe 27 is blocked, so that even if the forced state is canceled, it remains curved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】切込みを入れて曲げ易いようにした湾曲パイプに補強機能を加えたものの提供。【解決手段】外側パイプ３と芯パイプ２７はステンレススチールで構成されており、周方向に延びる複数の切込み部５、２９が形成されている。また、中間パイプ１９は通常は剛性であるが熱を加えると軟らかくなる塩ビ樹脂で構成されている。中間パイプ１９に芯パイプ２７を外嵌した後に熱を加えて中間パイプ１９を軟らかくし、外側パイプ３を外嵌する。そして、湾曲すると、芯パイプ２７は潰れたりせず、綺麗な三重管構造を維持したまま湾曲できる。その後に急冷すれば、中間パイプ１９は剛性に戻るので、外側パイプ３と芯パイプ２７のスプリングバックが阻止されて、強制状態が解除されても、湾曲したままになる。【選択図】 図１
