STRUCTURE OF PSEUDO RYUKYU ROOFING TILE (PSEUDO OKINAWA PLASTER TILE) AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To improve a ryukyu tiled roof, conventional one of which has a structure that is formed by completing filling up the joint portions with plastering work after laying the upper and lower tiles of the red roof tiles, and that has problems including requirements for a lot of labors as well as costs, and durability.SOLUTION: A pseudo ryukyu roofing tile of this invention may be manufactured in a firing kiln which comprises an air suction tube laid down under the outer bottom surface of the firing kiln, a first injection hole for air sucking when required which opens on the inner bottom surface of the firing kiln, a hot air supply port attached on a wall of the firing kiln for supplying hot air at least from the firing burner, a second injection hole and a third injection hole open respectively toward a space of the firing kiln, and at least an exhaust port is provided on one side of the firing kiln for discharging the combustion air. Thereby the pseudo ryukyu roofing tile with pseudo plastering portion can be manufactured reliably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8-1
【課題】従来の琉球瓦屋根は、上下瓦の赤瓦を葺設した後に、その目地を、漆喰作業で埋込完成する構造である。従って、手間と費用とを有する問題と、耐久性等に問題を抱えている。本発明は、その改良を意図する。【解決手段】本発明は、焼成窯の外底面下に敷設した空気吸込み管と、必要時に空気吸込み管の第１噴射孔を、焼成窯の内底面に開口し、焼成窯の壁に、少なくとも、焼成用バーナからの熱風供給口を付設し、第２・第３噴射孔を、焼成窯の空間に開口し、焼成窯の、少なくとも、燃焼空気の排出口を、焼成窯の一方に開口した擬似琉球瓦の焼成窯である。従って、擬似漆喰部を備えた擬似琉球瓦を確実に製造できる。【選択図】 図８−１
