METHOD FOR SEPARATION AND RECOVERY OF PHOSPHORUS FROM STEELMAKING SLAG
To provide a method for separation and recovery of phosphorus from a steelmaking slag which can easily extract, separate and recover phosphorus compounds with high phosphorus separability even in a steelmaking slag containing CaO or the like as a main component, to reuse the slag after removing the phosphorus compound such as POfor refining, and to utilize the phosphorus compound extracted, separated and recovered as a phosphoric acid source for fertilizers.SOLUTION: A ratio [FeO/(FeO+FeO)] of FeOconcentration (mass%) in steelmaking slag to a total concentration (mass%) of FeO and FeOis controlled to 0.95 or more, and a phase fraction of amorphous phases of the steelmaking slag is controlled to 30% or less. Then, the steelmaking slag is immersed in an inorganic acid aqueous solution whose pH is adjusted to 2.5-3.5 so that phosphorus compounds in the steelmaking slag are leached into the inorganic acid aqueous solution. By subsequently adjusting the pH of the inorganic acid aqueous solution to 6.5-7.5, the phosphorus compounds leached into the inorganic acid aqueous solution are precipitated and recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】CaO等を主成分とする製鋼スラグであっても、高い燐の分離性で燐化合物を容易に抽出・分離回収することができる、製鋼スラグからの燐の分離回収方法を提供する。また、P2O5等の燐化合物除去後のスラグを再び精錬に利用するとともに、抽出・分離回収された燐化合物を肥料用の燐酸源として利用する。【解決手段】製鋼スラグのFe2O3濃度(質量%)と、FeOおよびFe2O3の合計濃度(質量%)との比[Fe2O3/(FeO+Fe2O3)]を0.95以上とし、かつ、製鋼スラグの非結晶相の相分率を30%以下とする。その後、製鋼スラグを、pHが2.5〜3.5に調整された無機酸水溶液に浸漬させることにより、製鋼スラグ中の燐化合物を無機酸水溶液に浸出させ、その後、無機酸水溶液のpHを6.5〜7.5に制御することにより、無機酸水溶液に浸出した燐化合物を析出させて回収する。【選択図】図4
