REPLACEMENT METHOD FOR MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE AND REPLACEMENT TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE
To provide a replacement method for a mechanical parking device and a replacement type elevator pallet type mechanical parking device capable of easily updating an existing intermediate loading type vertical circulation type mechanical parking device as a new replacement type elevator pallet type mechanical parking device.SOLUTION: A main component used in an existing intermediate loading type vertical circulation type mechanical parking device is removed, and thereafter, a hanging structure is made that receives a total load of pillars 12A, 12B and 13A arranged to extend below an intermediate loading surface 4 of a parked vehicle, in a receiving portion 2B at the same position as a receiving portion of an existing parking lot building 1 which suspends the main component. There are provided an elevating lift 15 which moves up and down along guide rails 14A and 14B which are hung in the receiving portion 2B, a multistage storage space 16 which is formed in an elevating direction by using new columns 12A and 12B, and a plurality of pallets 17A-17G which can be transferred respectively between a multistage storage space 16 and the elevating lift 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】既存の中間乗込み型垂直循環式機械駐車装置を、容易に新たなリプレース型エレベーターパレット式機械駐車装置として更新することができるようにした機械駐車装置リプレース方法およびリプレース型エレベーターパレット式機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】既存の中間乗込み型垂直循環式機械駐車装置で使用していた主要な構成要素を撤去し、その後に、主要構成要素を吊り下げていた既存の駐車場建屋１の受部と同じ位置の受部２Ｂで、駐車車両の中間乗込面４よりも下方にまで延ばして配置した柱１２Ａ、１２Ｂ，１３Ａの総荷重を受けるような吊り構造とし、受部２Ｂで吊り構造とされたガイドレール１４Ａ、１４Ｂに沿って昇降する昇降リフト１５と、新設の柱１２Ａ、１２Ｂを利用して昇降方向に形成した多段の格納スペース１６と、多段の各格納スペース１６に昇降リフト１５との間でそれぞれ受け渡し可能な複数のパレット１７Ａ〜１７Ｇを設けた。【選択図】図５
