BOXY FRAME STACKING TYPE SASH DOOR AND PAPER-MADE LOUVER
To provide a sash door in which box frames can be easily attached to and detached from stiles so that paper replacement work can be performed easily at general households.SOLUTION: A vertical stile is made thicker than that of the conventional lighting sash door. In order to make a structure in which the stile is not disassembled but only box frames can be attached to and detached from the stile, a sash door is structured such that the vertical stile and upper and lower stiles are formed with grooves into which the box frames are fitted. Every time the box frames are stacked, the box frames are pushed and fitted into the grooves of the stiles while pushing a middle plate between the box frames. An edge of the box frame and the middle plate are held between front and back plates for sash bars in a sandwich manner and the resulting structure is tighten by a bolt and a nut for fixing the box frames to the stiles and the sash bars. A paper-made louver is made such that blades are made of resin-laminated Japanese paper. The attaching of the blades to the box frames is performed such that the box frame is made of cardboard and the paper-made blades are adhered thereto using eyelets, staplers, glue or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】紙の貼替え作業を一般家庭で行い易くするため、枡形枠を框から簡単に外したり、取り付けたりできる障子戸を提供する。【解決手段】縦框を従来の明かり障子より太くする。框は分解せず、枡形枠のみ着脱できる構造にするため、縦框と上下の框に溝を掘って、枡形枠を嵌める構造にする。枡形枠を積み上げる度に枡形枠の間に中板を押し込んで框の溝に押し込みながら嵌める。枡形枠の端と中板を、桟用の表と裏の板で、サンドイッチ状に挟んで、ボルトとナットで締め付けて框と桟に枡形枠を固定する。紙製ルーバーは、羽板を樹脂がラミネートされた和紙で製作する。枡形枠への羽板の取り付は、厚紙で枠を作り、その厚紙枠に紙製の羽板をハトメ、ホチキス、糊等で接着する。【選択図】図４
