ILLUMINATION HANDRAIL
To provide an illumination handrail which can change light distribution by only a cover body, and can be easily and inexpensively installed according to purposes.SOLUTION: An illumination handrail includes a coping material 10 which is provided with a longitudinal recess 11 opened downward and an illumination unit 20 fixed into the recess 11, where the illumination unit 20 includes a light source unit 21, a cable 22 for power feeding, and a case for engaging and holding a cover body 30A or 30B for blocking an opening of the recess 11. The cover bodies 30A and 30B are exchangeably immediately arranged under the light source unit 21. The cover body 30A is a lens body formed into a rod shape, and has a light incident surface 35A and a light radiation surface 36A having hyperbolic shapes, in a cross section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction. The cover body 30B has a light radiation surface 36B which projects so as to be gradually thicker toward one side part and has a convex shape, in the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】カバー体のみによって配光特性を変更することができ、目的に応じた設置を容易かつ安価にすることができる照明手摺を提供すること。【解決手段】下方に向かって開口する凹部１１を長手通しに設けた笠木材１０と、凹部１１内に固定される照明ユニット２０とを有し、照明ユニット２０は、光源ユニット２１と、給電用ケーブル２２と、凹部１１の開口部を塞ぐカバー体３０Ａ又は３０Ｂを係合保持するケースとを具備してなる照明手摺において、カバー体３０Ａ，３０Ｂは、光源ユニット２１の直下位置に交換可能に配設される。カバー体３０Ａは、棒状に形成されるレンズ体であって、長手方向と直交する断面において、双曲線状の光入射面３５Ａ及び光放射面３６Ａを有する。カバー体３０Ｂは、長手方向と直交する断面において、一側方に向かって漸次肉厚に隆起する凸面状の光放射面３６Ｂを有する。【選択図】図６
