To provide a reinforcement spacer device capable of preventing it from falling off a reinforcement.SOLUTION: A reinforcement spacer device comprises a spacer 2 and a falling restriction member. The spacer comprises: an outer periphery formation 4, which has a reinforcement insertion port formed by removing a part of a ring body; a fixing part forming body, which is installed inside the outer periphery formation so as to form a reinforcement fixing part whose center is the same as that of the outer periphery formation and has a reinforcement fixing part inlet 52 to the reinforcement fixing part 51; and a guide part, which connects the reinforcement insertion port and the reinforcement fixing part inlet and guides a reinforcement from the reinforcement insertion port to the reinforcement fixing part.
