JOINT STRUCTURE OF FOUNDATION PILE AND STEEL FOUNDATION BEAM AND JOINT METHOD OF THE SAME
To provide a joint structure of a foundation pile and a steel foundation beam in which a steel foundation beam can be attached to a proper position with respect to a foundation pile via a joint member and a joint member can be easily removed from a foundation pile, with a simple work.SOLUTION: A joint structure 1 of a foundation pile 10 and a steel foundation beam 21 comprises: a foundation pile 10; a coating member 11 coating a tip of a pile head portion 10a; a precast concrete joint member 13 in which a storage recess 16a having a size that makes the storage recess 16a movable in a horizontal direction with respect to the pile head portion 10a is formed and into which a fastening member 14 for fixing the steel foundation beam 21 is buried; a binder 17 which is filled into a clearance that is between the pile head portion 10a coated with the coating member 11 and the joint member 13, and that is in the storage recess 16a, and which binds the joint member 13 with the pile head portion 10a coated with the coating member 11; and a steel foundation beam 21 mounted on the joint member 13 and fixed to the joint member 13 via the fastening member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な作業で、基礎杭に対して接合部材を介して鋼製基礎梁を適切な位置に取り付けることができ、さらには、基礎杭から接合部材を簡単に取り外すことができる基礎杭と鋼製基礎梁の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】基礎杭１０と鋼製基礎梁２１の接合構造１は、基礎杭１０と、杭頭部１０ａの先端を覆う被覆部材１１と、杭頭部１０ａに対して水平方向に移動自在な大きさを有した収納凹部１６ａが形成され、かつ、鋼製基礎梁２１を固定するための締結部材１４が埋設されたプレキャストコンクリート製の接合部材１３と、被覆部材１１で覆われた杭頭部１０ａと接合部材１３との収納凹部１６ａ内の隙間に充填され、接合部材１３と被覆部材１１で覆われた杭頭部１０ａとを結合した結合材１７と、接合部材１３に載置され、締結部材１４を介して接合部材１３に固定された鋼製基礎梁２１と、を備える。【選択図】図１
