To provide the water reservoir system capable of ensuring a necessary amount of water in a water reservoir immediately after occurrence of an earthquake.SOLUTION: A shutoff valve control board 60 sends a signal to a water level control board 70 when an earthquake occurs and a seismoscope 64 of the shutoff valve control board 60 is activated. The water level control board 70 opens an electromagnetic valve 42 of a water supply device 40 to start water supply irrespective of the water surface S of the water reservoir 20 when the water level control board receives a signal from the shutoff valve control board 60, and the water level control board closes the electromagnetic valve 42 and stops the water supply when the water surface S of the water reservoir exceeds a full water level SD detected by the fifth electrode bar 35. That is, the water reservoir 20 stores tap water from a main water pipe 12 up to the full water level SD immediately after the earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震発生直後に必要な水量を受水槽に確保する。【解決手段】地震が発生し遮断弁用制御盤60の感震器64が作動すると、遮断弁用制御盤60は、水位制御盤70に信号を送る。水位制御盤70は、遮断弁用制御盤60からの信号を受けると、受水槽20の水面Sに係らず給水装置40の電磁弁42を開き給水し、第五電極棒35が検知する満水水位SDを上回ると、電磁弁42を閉じて給水を停止する。つまり、地震直後に受水槽20に満水水位SDまで水道本管12から水道水を貯留する。【選択図】図1
