To provide a member connecting structure capable of maintaining a connection function of a hook-and-loop fastener by effectively preventing a hook-and-loop fastener from being peeled off.SOLUTION: A vertical belt-like hook-and-loop fastener 33 which is a first hook-and-loop fastener is stuck to a surface material fitting member 27 in a vertical posture which is at least a first member, and a vertical belt-like hook-and-loop fastener 51 which is a second hook-and-loop fastener is provided on a surface material constituting sheet 8 which is a second member; in a member connecting structure in which the surface material fitting member 27 and the surface material constituting sheet 8 are detachably connected via both of the belt-type hook-and-loop fasteners 33 and 51; the hook-and-loop fastener 33 on the side of the surface material fitting member 27 is provided with an engagement area 33A to be engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener 51 on the side of the surface material constituting sheet 8 at a portion other than an end portion 33B; and the end portion 33B is disposed at a position where it cannot be engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener 51 on the side of the surface material constituting sheet 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
