To provide a face material system for building which can suppress positional deviation and damage of a finishing material.SOLUTION: A face material system 100 for building includes a substrate material 2 which extends in one direction and is arranged so as to be separated from each other, an erection material 3 installed across adjacent substrate materials 2, and a finishing material 4 mounted on a surface 31u on an opposite side to the side of the substrate material 2 in the erection material 3, where joint parts 23 and 32, which are arranged along outer edges 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D of the finishing material 4 and can be elastically deformed in a direction facing the end faces of the outer edges 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D of the finishing material 4, are provided on at least one of the substrate material 2 and the erection material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
