To provide stair support structure capable of achieving the improvement in fire resistance.SOLUTION: A stair support structure makes a skeleton member including at least one of a column 12 and a stair beam 13 of a dwelling house support a stair 20. The stair support structure comprises: a metallic material 40 that has fitting parts 41 mounted with the stair 20 and a support part 42 supporting the fitting parts 41; a stationary part 50 which is provided on the skeleton member and to which the support part 42 of the metallic material 40 is fixed; and a rear side plaster board 11B, which is mounted to the skeleton member, covers the skeleton member and the support part 42 of the metallic material 40 fixed to the stationary part 50, and partitions the space of the stair 20 side and the space opposite to stair 20 side. The fitting parts 41 of the metallic material 40 are protruded to the space of the stair 20 side through the rear side plaster board 11B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
