CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR SOIL CEMENT UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL
To provide excellent quality of a soil cement wall in a construction method of a soil cement underground continuous wall of performing three steps of an excavation and temporary solidification step, a solidifying agent injection step, and a core material erection and solidification step in parallel, by solidifying temporary solidified soil in a low compression strength in the excavation and temporary solidification step to keep the quality of the soil cement wall.SOLUTION: A construction method for a soil cement underground continuous wall comprises at least: (1) an excavation and temporary solidification step by mixing and kneading an excavation injection material with excavated soil by an excavation and temporary solidification machine, to construct a wall body formed of a temporary solidified body formed by lightly solidifying the mixture; (2) a solidifying agent injection step of constructing a soil cement wall by injecting and kneading a solidifying agent into the temporary solidified body by a solidifying agent injection machine, following the excavation and temporary solidification step (1); and (3) a core material erection and solidification step of erecting the core material in the soil cement completed in the solidifying agent injection step (2) and completely solidifying the temporary solidified body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】掘削・仮固化工程、固化材注入工程、芯材建込み・固化工程の3工程を並行作業で実施するソイルセメント地中連続壁の施工法において、ソイルセメント壁の品質を保つために掘削・仮固化工程において仮固化土の圧縮強度を低強度に固化させることにより良好なソイルセメント壁の品質を得ることを課題とする。【解決手段】<1>掘削・仮固化用施工機械により掘削注入材を掘削土と混合・混練し、この混合体を軽度に固化させた仮固化体からなる壁体を造成する掘削・仮固化工程;<2>工程<1>の掘削・仮固化工程に続いて、固化材注入用施工機械により前記仮固化体に固化材を注入・混練し、ソイルセメント壁を造成する固化材注入工程;<3>次いで、工程<2>の固化材注入工程の完了したソイルセメントに芯材を建込み、前記仮固化体を完全に固化させる芯材建込み・固化工程、を少なくとも含む。【選択図】図1
