To provide a frame member for a fixture and the fixture capable of improving adiabaticity and rigidity with an excellent degree of freedom.SOLUTION: A frame member for a fixture is provided with a resin frame body 341 having a hollow part 341A and reinforcement members 350A and 350B disposed in the hollow part 341A. Each of the reinforcement members 350A and 350B is provided with an adiabatic member 351 and metal members 352 and 353 fixed on at least one of an exterior surface part 351A and an interior surface part 351B of the adiabatic member 351. 【課題】断面形状の自由度が高く、断熱性および剛性を向上できる建具用フレーム材および建具を提供すること。【解決手段】建具用フレーム材は、ホロー部３４１Ａを有する樹脂製の框本体３４１と、ホロー部３４１Ａ内に配置された補強材３５０Ａ，３５０Ｂとを備える。補強材３５０Ａ，３５０Ｂは、断熱部材３５１と、断熱部材３５１の屋外面部３５１Ａまたは屋内面部３５１Ｂの少なくとも一方に固定された金属部材３５２、３５３とを備える。補強材３５０Ａ，３５０Ｂは、框本体３４１にドリルネジ４３で固定する。【選択図】図４
