To provide a height adjustment device of an exterior wall panel capable of one person operation from an exterior side and height adjustment of the upper exterior wall panel even where a horizontal draining portion is arranged.SOLUTION: A height adjustment device 1 of an exterior wall panel configured to adjust height of an upper exterior wall panel 2a of a pair of upper and lower exterior wall panel is provided with: a support member 10 in a longitudinal bar shape having an engagement piece 17 hooked on an indoor side lower end edge of the upper exterior wall panel 2a at its tip, extending toward an outdoor direction; an oblique member 11 extending and being formed in an oblique lower direction from a middle point of the support member 10; a pressure contact elastic member 12 pressed on a lower exterior surface of the exterior wall panel fixed to a tip of the oblique member 11; an abutting part 13 formed in a long V-shape, having one end abutting to a lower end of the upper exterior wall panel 2a; and a lifting member 15 slidably arranged on the support member 10 and an operation part 16 capable of moving the support member close to and away from the other end part of the lifting member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 屋外側から一人で作業することができ、水平水切が設けられている場合でも、上側の外壁パネルの高さ調整を行うことができる外壁パネル高さ調整具を提供する。【解決手段】外壁パネル高さ調整具１は、上下２枚の外壁パネルの内、上側の外壁パネル２ａの高さを調整するものであって、先端に上側の外壁パネル２ａの屋内側下端縁に引っ掛かる係止片１７を有しており、屋外方向に延びる長手棒状の支持材１０と、前記支持材１０の中間から斜め下方に延びて形成される傾斜材１１と、傾斜材１１の先端に固定され下側の前記外壁パネルの屋外面に圧接する弾性を有する圧接材１３と、長尺なＶ字状に形成され、一端部に上側の外壁パネル２ａの下端に当接する当接部１３を有ｓ、支持材１０の上に揺動可能な持ち上げ材１５と、持ち上げ材１５の他端部を支持材に接近及び離反させる操作部１６と、を備える。【選択図】図１
