FRAMEWORK PANEL SLIDING DOOR
To provide a framework panel sliding door whose frame member is a mold member made of a synthetic resin and which has a door roller device.SOLUTION: A siding door that is configured by fitting a panel (7) in a frame inner space of a framework formed by connecting right and left vertical frames (4) with an upper lateral frame (5) and a lower lateral frame (6), the lower lateral frame (6) being provided with a door roller device (20), the door roller device (20) including an undercarriage (21) formed by integrally molding a first connecting part (23) and a second connecting part (24) and a wheel (22) pivotally supported on the undercarriage and projecting downward from an opening of an accommodation groove (16). The sliding door is capable of being supported by fitting the first connecting part (23) into the accommodation groove (16) of the skirt part provided in the lower lateral frame, the door roller device being capable of providing a fixedly mounting structure by fitting the second connecting part (24) into a holding groove (10) of the vertical frame to be held by an elastic lip (12) provided in the holding groove, the undercarriage (21) providing connecting means (25) for fixedly connecting the lower lateral frame (6) and the vertical frames (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】合成樹脂製の型材を枠部材とする枠組みパネル製の引戸において戸車装置を設けたものを提供する。【解決手段】左右の縦枠(4)を上横枠(5)と下横枠(6)で連結することにより枠組み形成された枠体の枠内空間にパネル(7)を嵌入して成る引戸の前記下横枠(6)に戸車装置(20)を設けた構成であり、前記戸車装置(20)は、第１連結部(23)と第２連結部(24)を一体成形して成る車台(21)と、該車台に軸支され前記収納溝(16)の開口から下向きに突出させられる車輪(22)を備えており、第１連結部(23)を下横枠に設けられた袴部の収納溝(16)に嵌入することにより引戸の支持を可能にし、第２連結部(24)を縦枠の保持溝(10)に嵌入して該保持溝に設けられた弾性リップ(12)で保持することにより戸車装置の固定状態での取付けを可能にし、車台(21)により下横枠(6)と縦枠(4)を連結固定する連結手段(25)が構成されている。【選択図】図２
