SLIDING MEMBER AND BEARING DEVICE
To provide a sliding member and a bearing device which can suppress damage of a corner part by sliding in a state where an upper shoe 10 is inclined against a lower shoe 20.SOLUTION: A resin bearing 30 such as PTFE and polyamide that constitutes a sliding surface 10a is provided on an upper shoe 10 of a uni-directional bearing device 1 where sliding surfaces 10a and 20a on an opposite portion of an upper shoe 10 and a lower show 20 that are arranged in an opposite portion of an upper structure and a lower structure slide in a sliding direction L. The bearing 30 has a bottom surface 30b constituting the sliding surface 10a, a side surface 30a crossing the bottom surface 30b, and a tapered part 40 whose corner part of the bottom surface 30b and the side surface 30a is chamfered in a circumferential form, the tapered part 40 has tapered surfaces 41 and 42 having different inclination angles, and the tapered surfaces 41 and 42 are set at such an angle that the inclination angles approach a surface direction of the bottom surface 30b from the side surface 30a side toward the bottom surface 30b side in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下沓20に対して上沓10が傾いた状態での摺動による角部の損傷を抑制できる滑り部材及び支承装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】上部建造物及び下部建造物におけるそれぞれの対向部分に配設した上沓10及び下沓20の対向部分における摺動面10a,20a同士が摺動方向Lに摺動する一方向支承装置1の上沓10に、摺動面10aを構成するPTFEやポリアミド等の樹脂製のベアリング30を備え、ベアリング30は、摺動面10aを構成する底面30bと、底面30bに交差する側面30aと、底面30bと側面30aとの角部が周状に面取りされたテーパ部40とが設けられ、テーパ部40は、傾斜角度の異なるテーパ面41,42が備えられ、テーパ面41,42は、傾斜角度が側面30a側から底面30b側に向かって、この順で底面30bの面方向に近づく角度で設定された。【選択図】図1
