TANK AND SUBSURFACE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF TANK
To make so as to be able to set stably a tank 1 of cylindrical composite double shell structure in the ground vertically which prevents liquid leakage in the ground, and can detect securely at the time of occurring of liquid leakage in a case of emergency.SOLUTION: A tank 1 of composite double shell structure which has a cylindrical shape and where both ends of the longitudinal direction are closed is put vertically, and a support leg 3 is installed at the lower side of the circumference, and this support leg 3 is made to be stored and set on an inner bottom portion of a stored portion 2 installed in the ground. Concave-like notches 3d are formed at the upper side of the support leg 3, and a non-adhesion region (a gap 8) between an inner shell 1a and an outer shell 1b of the tank 1 is made to remain so as to continue from the circumference of the tank 1 to the deepest position of the bottom, by connecting the uppermost end of the support leg 3 (portions that the notches 3d do not exist) and the lower side of the circumference of the tank 1. By this, when liquid has leaked from the circumference of the inner shell 1a of the tank 1 to the non-adhesion region (the gap 8), liquid which has leaked to the non-adhesion region (the gap 8) is capable of moving at the deepest position of the bottom of the tank 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中への液漏れを防止するとともに、万一の液漏れ発生時に確実に検知することが可能な筒形の複合二重殻構造のタンク1を地中に縦置きで安定して設置できるようにする。【解決手段】筒形でその長手方向両端が閉塞された複合二重殻構造のタンク1を縦置きにしてその周部における下側に支持脚3を取り付け、この支持脚3を地中に設置される格納部2の内底部上に収納設置させている。支持脚3の上部に凹状の切り欠き3dを設けておいて、当該タンク1の最上端(切り欠き3dの存在しない部位)とタンク1の周部下側とを接合することによって、タンク1の内殻1aと外殻1bとの非接着領域(隙間8)をタンク1の周部から底部の最深位置へ連なるように残存させている。これにより、タンク1の内殻1aの周部から液体が非接触領域(隙間8)に漏れたときに、当該非接触領域(隙間8)に漏れた液体がタンク1の底部の最深位置に移動可能になる。【選択図】図1
