To provide a pile driving machine having a structure capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of a connecting step for connecting a rear mount to a working step and improving safety and attaching/detaching workability.SOLUTION: A pile driving machine includes: an outrigger 24 provided at a rear portion of an upper revolving structure 13 pivotably provided on a lower traveling body; a rear mount 22 for mounting a device provided above the rear portion of the upper revolving structure; and a working scaffold 23 provided on a side portion of the upper revolving structure. A support member 30 is provided at a tip of the outrigger, and the support member supports a connecting step 29 for connecting the rear mount to the working scaffold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
