VERTICAL PIPE WITH SPIRAL FLOW GUIDEWAY
To provide the vertical pipe with a spiral flow guideway that can reduce water force of rainwater and sewage water, wherein the spiral flow guideway is not complicated, can be easily installed in the vertical pipe, and can be easily manufactured even if a diameter thereof is large.SOLUTION: Installing the spiral flow guideway in the vertical pipe comprises: inserting a center column into a center column insertion hole provided at a stair center side end of a spiral flow guideway member, arranging spiral flow guideway members adjacent to each other so as to overlap a stepped nosing part of the spiral flow guideway member positioned on an upper side and a stepped tail part of the spiral flow guideway member positioned on a lower side using an erected center column as center, and arranging spirally the spiral flow guideway member to form the spiral flow guideway. Adjacent spiral flow guideway members are spirally aligned by coupling them with bolts and nuts or by stacking using a stepped portion provided at a stepped tail part side of the spiral flow guideway member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】雨水や下水の水勢を軽減する螺旋流案内路を備える縦管であって、螺旋流案内路が複雑なものではなく、縦管に容易に設置することができ、また、径の大きなものも容易に製造することができる、雨水や下水の水勢を軽減する螺旋流案内路を備える縦管を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】螺旋流案内部材の階段中心側端部に設けられた心柱挿入用孔に心柱を挿入して、立設された心柱を中心に、互いに隣接する螺旋流案内部材が、上側に位置する螺旋流案内部材の段鼻部と下側に位置する螺旋流案内部材の段尻部とを重なるように配置して、螺旋流案内部材を螺旋状に配列して螺旋流案内路を形成することにより、縦管内に螺旋流案内路を設置する。隣接する螺旋流案内部材は、ボルトとナットで締結することにより、あるいは螺旋流案内部材の段尻部側の部位に設けた段差部を利用して積み上げることにより、螺旋状に配列される。【選択図】図１
