To limit a person allowed to enter a soundproof chamber.SOLUTION: A soundproof chamber 1 comprises: a lock 31 installed between an enclosure 11 and a door 12; a power supply unit 32 for supplying electric power to an electronic apparatus installed within the enclosure 11; and a CPU 21 for opening the lock 31 in response to receiving an instruction to open the lock 31 and causing the power supply unit 32 to begin supplying the electric power. The CPU 21 causes the power supply unit 32 to supply the electric power until a pre-set use scheduled time passes after opening the lock 31, and causes the power supply unit 32 to stop supplying the electric power at a point when the use scheduled time passes after opening the lock 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
