In a right limb and a left limb 37, an opening 38 is formed opposing to the downstream of a drain groove. The opening 38 is formed in an arc-shape in which a lower edge portion of the right limb and the left limb 37 is raised together with the flat plate portion 33 in a cover downstream range portion 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
