To provide an insert device for concrete slab which can remove a next insertion body from insert without removing an insertion body from a removal tool.SOLUTION: An insert device 5 comprises an insert 3 fixed to a deck plate 201 and a removal tool 4. The insert 3 includes an insert body 6 and an insertion body 7. The insert body 6 has a threaded portion 6a and is embedded in a concrete slab 1 on the deck plate 201. The insertion body 7 is provided so as to be separable from the insert body 6 by rotation, and protrudes below the deck plate 201. The removal tool 4 includes a receiving portion 4a that receives the insertion body 7. The receiving portion 4a has an engaging portion 4b engaged with the insertion body 7, and the insertion body 7 rotates as the receiving portion 4a rotates. The removal tool 4 includes, below the receiving portion 4a, an accommodating portion 4d in which the insertion body 7 separated from the insert body 6 falls from the receiving portion 4a and is accommodated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】挿通体を除去工具から取り除くことなく、次の挿通体をインサートから除去することができる、コンクリートスラブ用のインサート装置を提供する。【解決手段】インサート装置５は、デッキプレート２０１に固定されるインサート３と、除去工具４とからなる。インサート３は、インサート本体６と挿通体７とを備える。インサート本体６は、螺着部６ａを有しデッキプレート２０１上でコンクリートスラブ１に埋設される。挿通体７は、インサート本体６に対し回動により分離可能に設けられてデッキプレート２０１の下方に突出する。除去工具４は、挿通体７を受け入れる受け入れ部４ａを備える。この受け入れ部４ａは、挿通体７に係合する係合部４ｂを有して、この受け入れ部４ａの回動につられて挿通体７が回動する。除去工具４は、受け入れ部４ａの下方に、インサート本体６から分離した挿通体７が受け入れ部４ａから落下して収容される収容部４ｄを備える。【選択図】 図４
