CONCRETE PEELING-OFF PREVENTION METHOD
To make it possible to fill resin with excellent workability of upward construction while suppressing generation of void inside an anchor pin to the utmost.SOLUTION: A concrete peeling-off prevention method comprises a step of forming a perforation 101 in the concrete 100, a step of disposing a planar peeling-off prevention material 7 so as to cover the surface of the concrete 100 and inserting an anchor pin 1 into the peeling-off prevention member 7 by inserting the anchor pin into the perforation 101 by pressing the peeling-off prevention member 7 from the outside with the collar portion 17, a step of driving an expansion member 16 to expand an expansion portion 14, mechanically fixing the anchor pin 1 to the concrete 100 and attaching the peeling-off prevention member 7 to the surface of the concrete 100, a step of inserting a flexible injection nozzle 3 connected to a front end side of a mixing nozzle 5 to a deepest part of a hollow portion 12 of the anchor pin 1 and filling two-component mixed type thixotropic semi-fluid resin from a tip of the injection nozzle 3 into the hollow portion 12 of the anchor pin 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】上向き施工の施工性に優れ、アンカーピンの内部に空隙が発生することを最大限に抑制しつつ樹脂を充填できる。【解決手段】コンクリート100に穿孔101を形成する工程と、コンクリート100の表面を覆うように面状の剥落防止材7を配置し、剥落防止材7を鍔部17で外側から押さえるようにしてアンカーピン1を剥落防止材7に挿通して穿孔101に挿入する工程と、拡開体16を打ち込んで拡開部14を拡開させ、アンカーピン1をコンクリート100に機械定着すると共に、剥落防止材7をコンクリート100の表面に取り付ける工程と、ミキシングノズル5の先端側に連結された可撓性の注入ノズル3をアンカーピン1の中空部12の奥まで挿入し、二液混合タイプのチキソ性の半流動体樹脂を注入ノズル3の先端からアンカーピン1の中空部12に充填する工程を備えるコンクリート剥落防止工法。【選択図】図6
