To provide a sound insulation sheet member that has high sound insulation performance exceeding the mass law in spite of being relatively light-weight, has light permeability, is flexible, has the high degree of design freedom and excellent versatility, and is to be easily manufactured to enable improvement of productivity and profitability, and provide a sound insulation structure and the like using the sound insulation sheet member.SOLUTION: A sound insulation sheet member comprises at least a sheet having rubber elasticity and a plurality of resonant parts. The resonant parts are provided in contact with a sheet surface of the sheet. The whole light transmittance is equal to or higher than 40%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的に軽量でありながらも質量則を凌駕する高い遮音性能を有し、さらに、光透過性を有し、柔軟で、設計自由度が高く汎用性に優れ、製造容易で生産性及び経済性を改善可能な、遮音シート部材、及びこれを用いた遮音構造体等を提供する。【解決手段】ゴム弾性を有するシート、及び複数の共振部を少なくとも備え、該共振部は、該シートのシート面に接して設けられ、全光線透過率が４０％以上である、遮音シート部材を用いて解決する。【選択図】図１
