To provide a lead-free piezoelectric material which suppresses a dielectric loss tangent and has both a piezoelectric constant and a mechanical quality factor at the same time.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric material according to the present invention includes a main component composed of a perovskite type metal oxide represented by a general formula Na(BiBa)NbTiO(0.84≤X≤0.92, 0.84≤Y≤0.92, 0.002≤(W+s)(1-y)≤0.035, 0.9≤W/s≤1.1) and a Mn component.
