PILE CAP OF PILE EXTRACTION MACHINE, AND PILE EXTRACTION METHOD USING PILE CAP
To provide a method of safely extracting an existing pile.SOLUTION: A pile cap of a pile extraction machine for extracting an existing pile P comprises: an approximately cylindrical inner cylinder portion 3; a cap body 2 provided at an outer side of the inner cylinder portion 3 movably along the inner cylinder portion 3; claws 7a,7c shaft-supported on an outer peripheral wall of the cap body 2; and an inner cylinder portion window 3W and a cap body window 2W respectively penetrating and provided in the inner cylinder portion 3 and the cap body 2 so that the claws 7a,7c can stand in an inside of an inner peripheral wall 3N of the inner cylinder portion 3. Moving the cap body 2 upward with respect to the inner cylinder portion 3 stands the claws 7a,7c in the inside of the inner peripheral wall 3N of the inner cylinder portion 3. Meanwhile, moving the cap body 2 downward with respect to the inner cylinder portion 3 lays the claws 7a,7c to the inner peripheral wall 3N side of the inner cylinder portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設杭を安全に引抜く工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設杭Pを引き抜く杭抜き機の杭キャップであって、略円筒状の内側円筒部3と、前記内側円筒部3に沿って移動可能に前記内側円筒部3の外側に設けたキャップ本体2と、前記キャップ本体2の外周壁に軸支された爪7a、7cと、前記爪7a、7cが前記内側円筒部3の内周壁3Nより内部に起立可能に、前記内側円筒部3及び前記キャップ本体2にそれぞれ貫通して設けられた内側円筒部窓3W及びキャップ本体窓2Wと、を備え、前記内側円筒部3に対して前記キャップ本体2を上昇させることにより前記爪7a、7cを前記内側円筒部3の内周壁3Nより内部に起立させ、前記内側円筒部3に対して前記キャップ本体2を下降させることにより前記爪7a、7cを前記内側円筒部3の内周壁3N側に倒伏させることを特徴とする杭抜き機の杭キャップとした。【選択図】図3
