To simplify mainly the waterproof structure for the entrance frame attachment member, and to make it possible to install the waterproof tape in a wide range across the inside and outside of the overlapping portion of the wall panel and the exterior material.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a waterproof construction method of an entrance frame attachment portion in which an exterior material 22 is attached to a wall panel 11 having an entrance door attachment opening 15, leaving an entrance door attachment opening 15, and an entrance frame attachment member 52 is attached to the entrance door attachment opening 15 of the wall panel 11 to which the exterior material 22 is attached. A waterproof tape 21 is attached to the wall panel 11 so that a part thereof is exposed to the inside of the entrance door attachment opening 15. Thereafter, the exterior material 22 is attached to the wall panel 11, and the exterior material 22 covers a portion 21a attached to the wall panel 11 of the waterproof tape 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】主に、玄関枠取付部材に対する防水構造を簡略化すると共に、防水テープを壁パネルと外装材との重なり部分の内側と外側とに跨る広い範囲に設置することなどができるようにする。【解決手段】玄関ドア取付開口部１５を有する壁パネル１１に、玄関ドア取付開口部１５を残して外装材２２を取付け、外装材２２を取付けた壁パネル１１の玄関ドア取付開口部１５に玄関枠取付部材５２を防水状態で取付ける玄関枠取付部の防水施工方法に関する。壁パネル１１に、玄関ドア取付開口部１５の内側へ、その一部がハミ出すように防水テープ２１を貼り付ける。その後、壁パネル１１に外装材２２を取付けて、外装材２２で、防水テープ２１の壁パネル１１に貼り付けた部分２１ａを覆い隠すようにする。【選択図】図４
