MANUAL DOOR FORCEDLY OPENING DEVICE
To provide a manual door forcedly opening device in which an original manual operation force is converted through a simple mechanism to act as a highly forcedly opening force to open a door, so that the door that cannot be opened due to entanglement can be easily and forcedly opened to make evacuation to the outside possible.SOLUTION: A manual door forcedly opening device includes a stand 10 fixed on the floor or side wall on the indoor side of the door, a second rotation shaft 16 provided on the door side of the stand 10, a first rotation shaft 17 provided on the indoor side away from the second rotation shaft, a control lever 18 and a ratchet gear provided around the first rotation shaft, a drive ratchet claw of the ratchet gear provided on the control lever, a reverse rotation stop ratchet claw provided on the stand, a drive gear on the small-diameter side provided so as to be synchronously rotatable with the ratchet gear, a driven gear on the large-diameter side so as to be rotationally driven to be decelerated and rotated by the drive gear around the second rotation shaft, and a push-out rotary plate 28 provided with a push-out operation member 29 that abuts on the closed door at the initial stage of rotation and then pushes and opens the door to the outdoor side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】手動による原操作力を簡単な機構を経ての変換により高いこじ開け力としてドアを開き得るように構成したことで、こじれで開かなくなったドアを簡単かつ強制的にドアを開き得て室外避難を可能にする手動式ドア強制開放装置の提供。【解決手段】架台１０をドアの室内側の床面或いは側壁上に定着し、架台のドア側に設けた第２回転軸１６と、第２回転軸よりも室内側に離れた側に設けた第１回転軸１７と、第１回転軸回りに設けられた操作レバー１８及びラチェット歯車と、操作レバーに設けられたラチェット歯車の駆動ラチェット爪と、架台に設けられた逆転止めラチェット爪と、ラチェット歯車と同調回転可能に設けられた小径側の駆動ギアと、第２回転軸回りに駆動ギアにより減速回転すべく回転駆動される様に設けられた大径側の従動ギアと、回転初期に閉じ状態のドアに当接してのち室外側へ押し開く様にする押出作動材２９を備えた押出回転板２８とを有する。【選択図】図１
