To provide a cord stopper device and a partition device capable of blocking a movement of a predetermined cord so as to improve an usability.SOLUTION: A cord stopper device comprises a drum having a clutch operation for switching operation between a drive period for allowing a movement state of a predetermined cord (a traction cord 51) and a lock period for blocking a movement state, a pulley 76 arranged opposed to the drum for a predetermined cord, biasing means (spring) for interposing and pressurizing to biasing the predetermined cord between the drum and the pulley 76 and means for guiding and supporting movably the drum or the pulley so that an interval between the drum and the pulley is narrower in the lock period than that in the drive period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】使い勝手を向上させるよう所定のコードの移動を阻止可能とするコードストッパ装置及び間仕切り装置を提供する。【解決手段】コードストッパ装置は、所定のコード（牽引コード５１）の移動状態を許容する駆動時と、移動状態を阻止するロック時とを切換動作するクラッチ動作を有するドラムと、所定のコードに対してドラムと対向側に配置される滑車７６と、ドラムと滑車７６との間に所定のコードを挟んで押圧するように付勢する付勢手段（スプリング）と、ドラムと滑車との間の間隔が駆動時よりもロック時に狭くなるようドラム又は滑車を案内して可動支持する手段とを備える。【選択図】図１３
