To provide a seismic isolation construction to achieve seismic isolation of all rooms in a building.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation construction comprises: a structural skeleton of a building; a seismic isolation support device arranged on an upper part of the structural skeleton; and rooms provided with floor parts, column part members, wall parts and ceiling parts, in which the column part members, the wall parts and the ceiling parts are integrally supported by the seismic isolation support device and are suspended within the structural skeleton so as to sway integrally with the floor parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
